Here’s how it works:

Step 1:

Connect

First complete our Trip Inquiry Form; you’ll then receive a link to schedule your complimentary consultation call. Our goal on this call is to collect all the details we need to design a completely customized escape for you—from your desired destination to your preferred pacing and likes and dislikes. We’ll leave plenty of time to answer your questions as well!

Step 2:

Design

Once you take care of the Design Fee, the real fun begins! We’ll start collaborating with our vetted travel partners to design your immersive itinerary, based on what we know will light you up. Together, we’ll review your proposal and incorporate any feedback you may have until it’s perfect.

Step 3:

Book

With your itinerary finalized, go ahead and relax as we take care of all the details for you. We’ll book and manage every component of your travels, including flights, transfers, tours, excursions, and even dining reservations. We stitch together every segment of your itinerary so you can enjoy a truly seamless escape.

Step 4:

Prep

As your journey approaches, we’ll share our best destination tips and recommendations with you, plus monitor upcoming payment due dates. We’ll also be working behind the scenes to ensure everything is ready for your arrival, contacting your hotels with your personal preferences. No detail is too small!

Step 5:

Journey!

Get ready to depart! You’ll receive your full itinerary and travel documents via a special app, for easy access on the go. As you travel, don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you encounter any hiccups. Due to our strong relationships with travel suppliers, we can fix things swiftly for you—so you can get back to making lasting vacation memories.

Our Design Fee

We request a one-time, non-refundable Design Fee before we begin planning your itinerary. This fee starts at $300 and varies depending on the length and complexity of your trip. We’ll share your exact fee with you after your complimentary consultation call.
